Cazvid is a website application for free communication where an employee can upload a free 30 seconds video resume, explaining their experience & skills in a particular niche. An employer can also record free 30 seconds video about the project for hiring employees for a project on a permanent or temporary basis.
Traditionally, employers have been using written job postings, and prospective employees have applied with written resumes. However, written resumes do not convey the charisma, personality, and verbal communication skills of the candidates. Cazvid solves that issue by presenting the unique characteristics and personalities of the candidates.nd cross-platform technologies.
It is a freelancing application. An employer can post 30 seconds video regarding the project and an employee can upload 30 seconds video about having the skills and experiences. Our team had to face challenges while revamping this application from direct firebase functional calling to Nest.js and its back-end and front-end integration
